Bonaventure Wakam started KHAM Inc. dba Sunbelt Business Acquisitions & Sales in 1998 after fourteen years in manufacturing in the Automotive Industry. In 2002 he successfully completed and passed professional tests and requirements to be a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). He held various positions including: Product Engineer with Chrysler Corp; Specialist with Mazda Motors Manufacturing, Director of Quality with General Safety Corp; Operations Manager with AlliedSignal Corp; Manufacturing Manager with American Axel & Manufacturing and Operations Manager with Kaiser Aluminum. Bonaventure received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit and an M.S. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. He is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker and is a member of the California Business Brokers Association (CABB) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).

Prior to becoming a business broker Rex Paul spent 35 years working in the restaurant business and is still a member of the California Restaurant association. In that time Rex either worked in or owned everything from a small Orange Julius kiosk to an 8000 square foot dinner house on Ventura Blvd. in Encino. Rex's knowledge of the restaurant business has been an invaluable resource for both restaurant buyers and sellers, many of whom still call from time to time just to ?toss ideas around? and discuss the business. While restaurants may be an area Rex has specialized in, he has sold many businesses in all categories, including manufacturing, service and retail. Rex joined Sunbelt in 1999 and is the longest tenured broker in the office.

Sunday Azah spent about 22 years in the Information Technology industry prior to becoming a business broker. Sunday held various positions including IT Specialist at Hewlett Packard Co, Network Engineer at DHL Systems, Inc, and Network Infrastructure Manager at NEC Systems Inc to name a few. Other than working for these companies, Sunday owned and ran a couple of Laundromats in the San Jose area. He is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker and is a member of the California Business Brokers Association (CABB). Sunday received his B.S. degree in Marketing and also a second B.S. in Information Systems both from San Jose State University. He is married with three children and love playing and watching soccer. Sunday joined KHAM Inc. in 2010.
